I spend a lot of time on each page both penciling and inking, my original pages are often worked and handeled with blueline pencil, whiteout,lead, and ink on them. When I finish a page I’ll often tweak little things in Photoshop before sending them off to the publisher. Some of these pages have minor edits in Photoshop that will slightly vary from the published version. All the scans you see here are of the original art as it lays in my portfolio. All are on 11 by 17 Strathmore 500 Bristol Board. Thank you for your interest in my art!
This is the visual image for the series and why I took the gig. It’ll come with the two 11×17 overlays of Machinery that I scanned in. The machinary starts overlapping this page and falls across the opening title pages. My Hand drawn rough over hickman’s blown up thumbnail will also be included. I really don’t want to sell this.
